1. Repair services

Header Front Repairs ("HFR") is the trading name of Bulga Investments Pty Ltd, ABN 87 147 941 866. All repair work is carried out by HFR at our Swan Hill, VIC workshop. Work commences only after written or verbal authorisation from the customer or their authorised representative (including insurance assessors).

2. Estimates & quotations

Estimates are provided in good faith based on visible damage at the time of assessment. HFR reserves the right to revise an estimate if additional damage is discovered once disassembly begins. Customers will be notified before any additional work proceeds.

3. Insurance repairs

Where a repair is covered by an insurance claim, HFR works directly with the insurer on the customer's behalf. The customer remains responsible for any excess, items not covered, or amounts not approved by the insurer. HFR is not liable for insurer decisions regarding claim approval or scope.

4. Payment

Payment is due on collection of the repaired equipment unless a written credit arrangement has been agreed in advance. HFR accepts EFT. Equipment may be held until payment is received in full.

5. Warranty

HFR warrants all structural repair and refurbishment work against defects in workmanship for 12 months from the date of collection. This warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing using the enquiry form.

6. Storage

Equipment left at the HFR workshop awaiting collection for more than 30 days after notification of completion may incur a storage fee. HFR accepts no liability for equipment left on-site beyond 90 days after completion notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HFR's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the value of the repair work performed. HFR is not liable for consequential losses including crop loss, downtime, or lost income.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
