25 Foot Tin Front with Broken Table Auger

Was in a Bad Way

This John Deere, 25 foot, tin front combine harvester front came to us with a table auger in a pretty bad way.

Having inspecting the table auger, it deemed unfixable so another one was found that needed a new centre in it.

The Team fixed and balanced the replacement including new bearings, added a new stainless steel floor so that this machine can easily gain another eight years of service.

Could Have Been Written Off

Some industry participants would have written this machine off.

As experts in repairing severely damaged header fronts, here is a demonstration of what can be achieved with damage that was considered unfixable.
